With the continuous development of economic construction,all walks of life are generally strengthen the management and optimization of the performance appraisal,performance appraisal system design and each one has his good points.From the current development,Lufax as a typical P2 P company,the company's performance appraisal system optimization or more attention.In the daily development process,in order to better fit the actual demand of Lufax performance optimization,Lufax also tries to senior management and staff management sub way,optimize the performance appraisal of the deep.This paper focuses on the research and Discussion on the performance evaluation of Lufax's internal executives.In this paper,the research process will be divided into the following several parts as an in-depth analysis.The first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background,research purpose,research significance,literature review and research methods.The second part is the definition of the concept and theoretical research,which is a systematic analysis of internal executives,performance appraisal,performance appraisal and other concepts to define the definition and related theoretical knowledge.The third part begins with the research on the performance evaluation of the internal executives of Lufax,and makes the analysis of the current situation,problems and causes.And because the performance optimization assessment considering Lufax executives within the content,a complete system,therefore,in order to obtain first-hand information,this paper used to obtain relevant data and information and questionnaire method of literature retrieval.The fourth part is to solve the existing problems of the performance appraisal of Lufax's internal executives,and puts forward the comprehensive measures with practical value.First,systematically grasp the objective enterprise executive performance appraisal optimization research background and research significance,and then we study the research results of scholars at home and abroad to determine the research methods of this paper.Second,expand the definition and theoretical research on the performance evaluation system of internal executives,mainly introduces the performance evaluation of P2 P executives and some basic theories of performance appraisal.The discussion of specific aspects of the Lufax institute of executive performance appraisal and content,and according to Lufax internal executive performance appraisal system,designed and conducted a questionnaire survey,analysis of the present situation of P2 P company executives performance appraisal,explore the existing problems.Third,according to the analysis of the problems of the internal performance appraisal system of Lufax,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and comes to the conclusion of the importance and necessity of the performance evaluation of internal executives in Lufax.List the performance evaluation program of P2 P company at home and abroad,analyze the advantages and disadvantages,as well as the impact of Lufax executives and reference.Finally,combined with the existing theoretical results,try to integrate theory with practice,using the corresponding performance evaluation theory of Lufax executives performance evaluation were analyzed and optimized,and finally makes a comprehensive countermeasures with practical value,in order to use the optimization of the specific measures and suggestions,implementation of internal executives Lufax performance optimization and standardization.
