In the environment of international market group companies need to establish a system of subsidiary performance evaluation system.Through the performance evaluation and management process of the subsidiary companies,the group controls the strategic direction of the group,measures the performance of the enterprise,increase the enterprise value,and enhances the competitiveness of the enterprise.The balanced scorecard is a widely used strategy management and performance evaluation tool in enterprises.The subsidiary of HSII is the research object,optimizing the performance evaluation of the subcompany,and constructing the performance evaluation system based on the BSC theory in this thesis.HSII is an investment company focused on the areas of industrial state-owned,with different nature of the subsidiaries at home and abroad,need to optimize the performance evaluation for subsidiaries to face the new strategic planning and management requirements.This paper firstly studies the theory of performance management,and summarizes the application tools of performance evaluation.The case analysis method is used to find the problems in the current performance evaluation,and explain the necessity and feasibility of optimizing the performance evaluation of the subcompanies.On this basis,the selection based on BSC management tool,design the systematic performance evaluation scheme,the scheme not only conforms to HSII integral strategy,and is suitable for the subsidiary characteristics.According to the strategic planning of HSII,the evaluation index based on BSC has been specific analyzed and chosen to suit for the subsidiary,the performance evaluation scheme is applied to the different nature of the subsidiary.At the same time,in the performance evaluation optimization scheme,the executive compensation of the subcompany has been improved.The performance evaluation previously was based on the financial results of the subsidiary.Optimization the performance evaluation system based on BSC theory,which is the main innovation of the thesis.The optimization of the performance evaluation system will promote the strategic planning of the group company,Evaluate and improve the operating performance of subsidiaries.
