Based on the introduction of perceived organizational support theory,research on the relationship between perceived organizational support andjob performance has become a hot issue for management specialists.This paper aims to explore the impact of the performance ofdifferent organizational support antecedents to perceived organizationalsupport on the basis of the theory of perceived organizational support, jobperformance, organizational support antecedent variables, to discuss howto improve employee job performance by improving employee perceivedorganizational support through empirical analysis of ZW PharmaceuticalCo., Ltd., from which were discussed and tested on the mechanism ofperceived organizational support and employee job performanc Thispaper will first apply a questionnaire in order to understand the status quoof ZW pharmaceutical company in support, and then make the scalereliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, analysis ofpopulation characteristics, correlation analysis and regression analysisand data processing method, the theory model, finally we will putforward solutions to improve organizational support sense of ZWpharmaceutical company, so as to improve employee job performanceobjective.Through research and analysis, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly: perceived organizational support antecedents positivelyimpact on perceived organizational support;Secondly: perceived organizational support has positive effects onemployee job performance.Thirdly: population characteristics have different impact on theperceived organizational support and work performance.Fourthly: the improvement of employees’ perceived organizationalsupport can effectively improve the performance of employees.At the end of this paper, relevant suggestions are proposed for ZWpharmaceutical company’s human resources management, and thelimitations of this study and future research directions are discussed aswell.
