Income distribution is not only an eternal theme of theory of economy, also is theimportant problem in economic practice. Distribution is reasonable or not, is not onlyeconomic issues bearing on the vital interests of the people, and the problem is related tothe social and political stability, economic research on the analysis of the incomedistribution systematically it is therefore unavoidable reality issue. The report of the17thParty Congress pointed out that: stick to and perfect the distribution according to work asthe main body, a variety of modes of distribution coexist in the distribution system, improve the factors of production such as labor, capital, technology and managementsystem of distribution according to contribution. The principle of "Production factorsparticipate in the distribution according to it’s contribution" is in great expectations, Thethought of enterprise income distribution according to productive elements’s contributionhas been formed, but in practice application is slow, mainly because that there is no enoughtheoretical research for support. Only from microcosmic level (Enterprise) determinationthe contribution of production factors more accurately, can make production factorsparticipating in the enterprise’s income distribution more scientific and practical, and theincome allocation system raised in the seventeenth congress falls to real point.First of all, this article begins from the nature of the firm, production factors, incomeand income distribution system, believes that the owners of production factors in thecreation and distribution of wealth under a contractual relationship, by virtue of its on thedroit of factor of production, work together to participate in company earnings (C+V+M) in the allocation process. The production factors who have right to request allocationnot only include elements of capital and labor, also includes the technology factor andmanagement factors which worked in the new productive forces development.Secondly, in our country implementation according to contributions of productionfactors should participate in the distribution of income, not only the existence of legalsystem, enterprise system, the human resources market, capital market and other obstacles,,but also the premise of achieving that is the way and the quantity of the contribution of theproduction factors participate in the distribution.Thridly, according to the results of the analysis, this paper studies some popularincome distribution model, and believe that these models are not at the microcosmic levelto provide specific guidance for the enterprise’s income distribution. In view of thissituation, this article will introduce the Cobb-Douglas production function to themicro-economy of enterprise income distribution, with the Cobb-Douglas productionfunction and multiple linear regression method for determination of the contribution ofproduction factors. Finally, based on the model that evaluate the contribution of production factors, thisarticle select118listed company representatives to evaluate the degree of the contributionof production factors. The listed companies come from equipment manufacturing, electronics, petroleum and chemical industry which are the three leading industries inJiangsu Province. The result shows that capital has a great effect on the production intypical leading industry enterprise in Jiangsu Province, while the labor factor, technical factors and management factors have small effect. For problems found in this article, makeeffective measures to encourage the production factors participate in the distribution will behelpful for industrial economic transition and development, realize the distributionaccording to contribution of production factors actually.
