Effect Mechanism Of Organizational Intelligence Capital On Competitive Advantage

With the rapid development of information network and large data technology,the arrival of Industry 4.0 has become an indispensable trend.The arrival of the Industrial 4.0 era will not only have a revolutionary impact on the manufacturing industry,but also have a substantial impact on other industries.Enterprise's talent structure,organizational structure,social network,business model,service model,value creation model will make a fundamental and revolutionary changes.But the change of the times is not overnight,it requires a long exploration,companies also need to take a different way to adapt to the characteristics of different periods,to meet the challenges of different periods.In the context of the Industry 4.0 pre-period,companies face a significant increase in technical and management requirements,the external environment is more complex and change,as well as the quality requirements of practitioners and other challenges,how to deal with this challenge and build their own new competitive advantage,Become an urgent problem to be solved.In the background of early stage of Industry 4.0,the main contents of intellectual capital and competitive advantage will inevitably change with the development and characteristics of the times.In the past,scholars' research on organizational intelligence capital and competitive advantage is mostly based on contemporary environment,and it is rarely combined with the characteristics of early-stage of Industry 4.0.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the times of early-stage of Industry 4.0,this paper constructs the mechanism of organizational intelligence capital(human capital,social capital and organizational capital),resource management capability and enterprise competitive advantage on the basis of literature review and field interview.This paper not only explores and perfects the connotation of organizational intellectual capital(human capital,social capital and organizational capital),resource management ability and enterprise competitive advantage in the background of the pre-industrial era of this year,but also uses the method of empirical analysis to select manufacturing Industry enterprises as the object of study,the organization of intellectual capital on the impact of competitive advantage mechanism to do an in-depth study..Based on the field interviews of the three automobile manufacturers,this paper has revised and perfected the scale of organizational intellectual capital(human capital,social capital and organizational capital),enterprise resource management ability and competitive advantage.Then,the data were collected by the modified scale,and SPSS.19.0 and LISREL were used to test the validity and validity of the sample data and the adjustment effect.The results showed that:(1)There is a significant difference in organizational intelligence capital between different demographic variables;(2)The various dimensions of organizational intellectual capital,namely,human capital,social capital and organizational capital have a significant positive impact on the competitive advantage of enterprises;(3)In the early-stage of Industry 4.0,enterprise resource management ability has a significant effect on the relationship between human capital and enterprise competitive advantage;(4)In the early-stage of Industry 4.0,the enterprise resource management ability has a significant effect on the relationship between social capital and enterprise competitive advantage;(5)In the early-stage of Industry 4.0,the enterprise resource management ability has a significant effect on the relationship between organizational capital and enterprise competitive advantage.
