Research On The Impact Of Intellectual Capital On Corporate Competitive Advantage

In the era of knowledge economy,science and technology is the key productivity,the competition between enterprises is increasing,and the product cycle is shortened.In this competitive environment,it is difficult to maintain long-term competitive advantage of the enterprise,can only rely on the advantage in the short term to maintain its dominant position in the competition,the importance of the intellectual capital has become increasingly evident,as natural resources,energy has become the key factor to create business value,gain competitive advantage.Intellectual capital can bring value to enterprises and has path dependence,which is difficult to be imitated and replaced by rivals.It is a strategic resource for enterprises,and can bring competitive advantage to enterprises.But in a turbulent competitive environment,it is not enough to have this resource,and how to manage intellectual capital has become a key issue.Dynamic capability is the ability of enterprises to adjust timely according to the change of environment in the turbulent environment,and combine resources and capabilities effectively to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought by the fierce competition environment.Compared with other industries,product innovation,technology level and intellectual capital play a greater role in maintaining sustainable competitive advantage in knowledge intensive high-tech industry.Therefore,in-depth study of the relationship between enterprise intellectual capital and enterprise competitive advantage is of great practical significance for improving the innovation ability,maintaining competitive advantage and promoting the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises in China.Based on the two theories of resource-based and dynamic capabilities,this paper explores the influencing factors of enterprise competitive advantage from the perspective of resources and capabilities,and takes into account the mediating effect of absorptive capacity,respectively,from the theoretical and empirical statistics.On the basis of sorting out and reviewing the related research at home and abroad,the basic framework of this research is determined by referring to the relevant research results.According to the research purpose,the definition of intellectual capital,ascertains its dimensions,and the model of logic theory combing,puts forward the research hypothesis,according to the theory of relationship between these variables,constructed the regression model,according to Department of intellectual capital value method(VAIC),intellectual capital into three the dimensions of human capital,structure capital,relationship capital,were put into the model as explanatory variables;with R&D strength as the absorption capacity index to examine the mediating effect;Higgins established sustainable growth model,considering the ability of various aspects of the enterprise,the net interest rates as the measurement indicator variables of competitive advantage.The enterprise scale(SIZE)and financial leverage(LEV)control variables as the competitive advantages of enterprises,research needs and characteristics based on collecting And the panel data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares of Listed Companies in the manufacturing industry,processing the data using Stata statistical software,used to promote the inspection of intellectual capital on the enterprise's competitive advantage,and adding absorptive capacity variables,to test its intellectual capital and competitive advantages of the mediating effect.Finally,according to the resxults of empirical analysis,and accordingly put forward relevant suggestions for enterprise strategic management practice.
