The Study On County Economy Disparities And Its Influence Factors Of Hubei Province

As the county economy continues to grow and develop,its economic,political,social status has become increasingly prominent.Because of the introduction of regional coordinated development policies and the plan of the rise of the central region during the new decade will soon be introduced,the central region's strategic position is rising.Hubei Province as a central province in the central region,its strategic position in the national development pattern is more significant.By 2016,the GDP of county economy in Hubei Province accounted for over 60% of the province's population.In addition to this,the county economy was of great importance to the economic development of Hubei Province in the area of population,area and resources.However,the county economy in the process of development is an uneven problem,and the development differences of county economic have gradually expanded trend.This paper uses multiple methods to analyze the difference of county economic development from various angles,reveal the differences and trends of county economic development,then further analyze the factors of difference,on this basis,draw conclusions and make relevant suggestions.This paper analyzes the difference of county economy from the angle of spatial difference of county economy,comprehensive evaluation and classification analysis of county economic development.Then chooses the influencing factors of county economy development in different provinces and cities.The spatial and temporal differences were analyzed by single index analysis,and the per capita disposable income of rural residents in 2001-2015 was selected as the index.Comprehensive evaluation and classification analysis using 2015 panel data,nine indicators are selected to constitute the index system,through the principal component analysis and factor analysis method for analysis.The factors of difference are selected from three provincesand cities,namely,Yidu,Kunshan and Yangxin,which are representative of the province.The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis,Yidu and Kunshan,Yidu and Yangxin both have been made comparative analysis.The conclusions of the above analysis are as follows: the absolute difference of county economic development is expanding with time,the results of the relative difference are almost the same,but began to decline after 2013;in terms of spatial distribution,the counties have higher level of economic development distribute in central region,the lower counties concentrate in the west and the eastern part of Hubei Province,neamly Qinba Mountain,Wuling Mountain,Mufu Mountain,Dabie Mountain Area,beside that the lower level counties have a concentration trend to the higher level counties,the number of both lower level and higher level counties have increased,indicating that the regional gap gradually expanded;comprehensive evaluation of the county economy will be fully considered the development of the situation through the score to be divided For the developed,sub-developed,underdeveloped,backward four categories,belonging to four categories of counties and the population roughly pyramid shape;through the influencing factors analysis found that the greatest impact on economic development factors of the three typical counties and cities are different,so county economic development policy should be different according to local conditions.
