Nowadays,with the rapid development of information era,financial industry has developed on the basis of internet advancement.As an emerging outcome from the integration of internet and finance,third-party payment platform,e-commerce platform,network finance and P2 P financing have integrated into our life gradually.The development of online financing has certain impact on traditional businesses of bank,such as deposit and financial management etc.Reforms are needed in traditional form of bank business,so how shall commercial banks have new development and meet future demands are important issues that are worthy of in-depth study.At present,the author works in Y branch of Construction Bank.In this paper,literature research,conclusion and deduction methods are used in the case study of Branch Y based on the development situation of online financing and the situation of online financing in Y branch.Afterwards,the advantages and disadvantages of Y branch,as well as opportunities and challenges the branch faces have been studied and analyzed with SWOT development mode.It is believed although Y branch of Construction bank faces challenges in terms of its value pattern,intermediary role and credit business,it still faces new opportunities on the expansion of customer resources,so Y branch of construction bank shall analyze itself,make innovation bravely and implement marketing and have in-depth cooperation with others,while focusing on the development of service experience and the establishment of complete risk control mechanism,so as to meet the expectation of online financial business by improving its internal ability,and then get a win-win situation for banks and customers.
