The Study Of The Measurement And Optimization Model Of Urban Production Integration Development Between The City Development Zone And Central Urban Area

After years of development,more and more problems have been exposed gradually in the new district construction model with a single functional agglomeration in the periphery of the city,leading to many job-housing imbalance phenomenon,such as inadequate production services and living facilities,matching functions' imperfection,pendulum traffic,?empty city? and ?sleeping city?,etc.,which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the city and the new industrial district.In the critical period of our economic development and transition,as the growth pole of driving regional economic development,the urban production integration development between the city development zone and central urban area is a good way to solve the current problem.Based on the analysis of relevant research results about the urban production integration development both at home and abroad,this article took the measurement of the urban production integration development between the city development zone and central urban area as the starting point for research.The study is divided into three steps on the whole: The first step this paper explains the connotation of the urban production integration development with the industrial agglomeration theory,urban diversity theory,compact city theory and job-housing balance theory;Then,combining with the development and the evolution of the urban production relationship,the author summarizes the three model types.And then on the basis of summing up the urban production integration development experience of the United States Erwan City,France Maran Lavalai and Suzhou Industrial Park,this paper summarized out the suitable experience of the urban production integration development for our city development zone.In general,this step clarifies the inherent mechanism of the urban production integration development.The second step,based on the driving force and connotation of the urban production integration development,this paper established the urban production integration measurement system through regional system analysis and literature analysis methods,and the target layer was divided into industrial support,urban construction and humanistic development three levels,and then divided them into 9 factors,after that this paper selected 44 representative,general indicators,referring to the existing research results and combing with the actual situation,then through the entropy method,analytic hierarchy process and coordination model and other specific quantitative analysis methods to build a complete model of the measurement of the urban production integration development.The third step aimed to apply the model through the introduction of Chongqing Liangping Industrial Park and its central urban area as a specific case.The results shew that from 2006 to 2015,the comprehensive development level of the industrial support,urban carrier and the humanistic development in the research area shew an overall twists and turns rising trend;and the changing tendency of the coordinated development coefficient and the coordinated development degree was consistent.However,according to the judgment criteria of the coordination degree,the level was relatively low,and it was in the transitional stage from the mild imbalance state to the basic coordination state,and there was a big gap compared with the high-quality coordinated development.Then,according to the analysis of the results and the development of the status quo,this paper put forward targeted development countermeasures and suggestions from the industrial layout,functional planning,element facilities building,the concept of people-oriented and other aspects.Through the literature research method,the system analysis method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,this article clarified the internal mechanism of the urban production integration development between the city development zone and central urban area,established the measurement model of the urban production integration development,and used Chongqing Liangping industrial park and its central urban area as an example for empirical study to provide reference for the government departments formulating relevant policies,the planning,construction and development of the industrial and urban functions,promoting to realize the goal of the urban production integration development in the study area,and to provide a reference for the development of other similar development zones in China at the same time.
