Research On Evaluation And Selection Optimization Of V Enterprise Carrier Based On AHP

With the rapid development of economic globalization,competition between enterprises is increasing,in the time it demands the enterprise to improve the reaction speed to the information from market,customers,competitors and so on,on the space it shows the competition area expanded,the competition between the enterprises is not limited to the enterprise itself,it has extended to the supply chain.At the same time,the change of time and space has a mutual influence,and the reaction speed improvement need the entire supply chain to cooperate,the reaction speed of each link on the supply chain affects the flexibility of the enterprises.As an important aspect of the supply chain,the carrier links enterprise and customer,a good carrier can be a great addition to the enterprise,how to evaluate and choose the best carrier becomes very meaningful.V enterprise is a successful manufacturing enterprise which specializes in railway transportation products,as a supplier,railway transportation industry has unique service needs for it in the process of meeting customer needs.The research object is to optimize V enterprise's carrier selection and evaluation system,the main research questions are such as follows,first,to determine which index should be adapted to the carrier selection and evaluation system? secondly,How to work out the importance degree of the index which be used in selecting and evaluating carrier?thirdly,How to optimize and apply the carrier selection and evaluation system in V enterprise? By referring to relevant domestic and foreign literature,using the method of expert opinion to determine the index of V enterprise selection and evaluation for the carrier,and adapting the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)solves the disadvantages of the original carrier selection and evaluation system for V enterprise which only rely on qualitative analysis.To try to establish a new system which is suited to railway transportation industry,increases more quantitative analysis on importance judgment,it is more scientific.In addition,it is easy to operate to combine the carrier selection system and evaluation system as a system in V enterprise,different management methods are used to different carrier according to carrier rating,all above can be referred and learned for carrier's fine management.
