Research On The Corporate Social Responsibility Evaluation System Of Tujia.com Under The Background Of Sharing Economy

Proposed on the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has proposed to “implement ‘internet+'action plan,develop sharing economy and execute national big data strategy.” Under this background,the brand new business model of sharing economy comes out accordingly.Research on social responsibility evaluation of sharing economy enterprises is of important significance for the development of our economy and society and for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of sharing economy.First of all,the thesis summarized the previous scholars' research results on social responsibility evaluation and social responsibility of accommodation in shared economic,defined the concept of shared economy and social responsibility evaluation,and analyzed the business model of Tujia.com based on stakeholder and social contract theory.Secondly,based on the business model of Tujia.com,analyzed its stakeholder from six dimensions of investor,employee,tenant,landlord(self-support by Tujian and the third party hotel),government and other main body,and studied the social responsibility evalution from each dimension.Finally,constructed the evaluation index of social responsibility,and used the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight and the social responsibility evaluation value of Tujia.com.The exploration of social responsibility evaluation system of Tujia.com in this article is helpful to improve the evaluation system of the social responsibility of the housing industry and helpful for the government supervision department to supervise and evaluate it.
