China's cities ushered in a burst of growth,since the reform and opening up,which includes China's urbanization process.According to the National Bureau of Statistics data show that,in the end of 2011,China's urbanization process has crossed the 50% of the watershed.These representative super cities' urbanization process,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,reached far more than the average level.High degree of urbanization led to the short of land resources.The way they develop via the incremental land use no longer suitable for these cities cause they had already entered the stage of inventory planning.Traffic congestion as the representative of the urban transportation problems also seriously affect the various levels of these cities,small as the normal life of the public higher as normal operation of urban functions.However,the shortage of land resources and various urban traffic problems do not disappear during the process of urbanization.So it is increasingly important to discover the relationship between land and transportation under the inventory planning.This paper,focuses on the development of residential land,discusses the adaptability between the development intensity of residential land and the transportation carrying capacity from the perspective of urban planning.It aims to quantitatively grasp the transportation supply in order to serve the inventory planning work.The framework of this paper's research based on the quantitative conversion model of residential land development intensity and urban traffic carrying capacity.This paper discusses the adaptive relationship between land development intensity and urban traffic carrying capacity.This paper uses the method of interdisciplinary research to solve the complicated systematic problems of land and transportation which is decomposed into two kinds of quantitative transfer of residential land development intensity and quantitative transfer of traffic carrying capacity.In the development intensity of residential land use,OD inverse method and logistic regression analysis are used to quantify the study.For the carrying capacity of traffic,the space-time consumption method is used to quantify it.Thispaper,combined the actual project in Chongqing,introduces the research on the adaptability of land development intensity and traffic carrying capacity,and demonstrates the rationality of this paper.Overall,this paper summarizes and summarizes the research results of this paper,and discusses and prospects the shortcomings of the research.
