With the development of China’s economy,mobile consumption increases rapidly.The relevant statistics shows that mobile users are up to 132 million and the penetration of mobile phone is 0.962 per people in China in 2016.At the same time,mobiles are refreshed frequently and the frequency of mobile replacement is generally 18 months.Large scale mobile replacement generates a large number of discarded mobile phones.Data shows that there are 400-500 million new mobile phones sold annually and 300-400 million old mobile phones discarded annually in China.The recovery of old mobile phones,as the first part of waste mobile phone recycling logistics,is help to save resource,protect environment,promote resource recycling and develop re-manufacturing.However,China’s waste mobile phone recycling legal supervision system is not perfect,so waste mobile phones are often idle at home or into the illegal recycling channels.How to quickly improve the proportion of the annual recycling rate of the formal channels of the waste mobile phones and the annual recovery of the formal channels has become urgent problems to be solved in the reverse logistics research of used mobile phones.Based on literature research and the principles of comprehensiveness,operability and sustainability,this paper starts from the connotation and motivation of the reverse logistics of waste mobile phones in China,selects the main factors that affect the reverse logistics of used mobile phones,and uses the explanatory structure model(ISM)to do detailed analysis.Results show that the government’s operational laws and regulations and incentive system are fundamental impact,the support of the management of the enterprise and the consciousness of consumers’ recovery are the factors of the second level,and the direct influence factors are the perfection of the recycling system,the introduction of funds and personnel,and the introduction of Technology.Then we use the system dynamics method to analyze the economic operation mechanism of waste mobile phone recycling in China,establish the system of "deposit system" as the main line,and simulate and analyze the model.We found that regular channel recycling price,deposit system respectively have positive impacts on annual recycling rate and annual recovery of the formal channels.Finally,according to the conclusion of this study,this paper draws some suggestions from the angles of government,business and consumer,which can help to improve the recovery of China’s waste mobile phone problemsThis paper uses literature research,system dynamics modeling,data simulation,empirical analysis and other research methods to launch research,applies "deposit system" as the main line to establish a system dynamics model of waste mobile phone reverse logistics in China.This research not only make up for the deficiency of the existing literature which caused by static analysis formal single angle,but also enrich the application of deposit system theory.We use computer software to simulate,and intuitively describe the impact of different strategies on the recycling of formal channels.Some suggestions about the improvement of waste mobile phone recycling are put forward.The conclusions offer theoretical supports for the study about improvement of waste mobile phone recycling. |
