With the development of the society, environmental protection and resource conservation issues attract more and more attention. Now China turns to be one of the largest countries of the consumable of mobile phone. And besides the elimination rate has become shorter and shorter. Then how to deal with used mobile phones in a reasonable way to reduce the harm to environment and save resources is becoming an urgent problem. Compared with developed countries, the mobile phone recycling collection method used in our country is at a low level, such as confusion of mainly participants, rough treatment technology level, lack of reverse logistic network, all resulting in secondary pollution to the environment and waste of resources. The recycling channels and re-treatment process for mobile phone are not working in a reasonable way. This research is based on in-depth study of reverse logistics network literature. It analysis the status of reverse logistics of used mobile phone at this stage, summarized the reverse logistics problems, and propose that the main problem is lack of a reverse logistic network; Then points out the factors when building a reverse logistics network, the structure of the reverse logistic network and handling process. This article thinks the reverse logistic network includes four levels:collection points, re-treatment centers, harmless treatment centre and the original manufacturer; A Mathematical model is built based on a closed-loop network leading by the mobile manufactory. Finally, a case is cited to verify the validity of the model, and schedule of building the reverse logistic network and some advices of each stage are provided.
