Research On System Of Reverse Logistics Transportation For Waste Household Appliances

With the increasing technology and people's living, lots of electronics products were discarded, which has been influence to environment, and now in most of studies of environment and product recovery have been emphasized with attention being given to societies and government. It's necessary to recovery household appliances which take a large part in the waste electronics. In our country there isn't a complete recovery system of waste household appliances, and it hasn't effective recovery models or systems, so it's necessary to build an effective model of reverse logistics networks. The cost of transportation which is a basic function of logistics takes a large part of reverse logistics total cost, so it's important to research on transportant system for waste household appliances.Firstly it's introduced the recovery of waste household appliances in our country , and summarized the research of reverse logistics network. Then it's built the system of reverse logistics transportation for waste household appliances which included frameworks of reverse logistics systems with system theories, and then researched on the location problem of reverse logistics network system which based on the model of integration logistics network and independent reverse logistics network. This project proposes to bulit the model of Mix Integer Linear Programming which is solved with genetic algorithm. At last it's given an example to recovery of waste refrigeratory in anhui province, and built the reverse logistics networks for waste refrigeratoris in anhui province which optimized with the model.
