Analysis Of Influencing Factors And Effect Of Mutton Price Fluctuation In Shaanxi

heep raising industry is a traditional industry in Shaanxi province for a long time,it is also an important pillar industry of agriculture and rural economy in Shaanxi province.Mutton is the most common animal food in Shaanxi province,and Mutton is the most common in shaanxi province residents daily consumption of animal food,Therefore,the sustained and stable development of mutton sheep breeding industry is of great significance to the residents' diet structure,farmers' income and social stability.In recent years,the price of mutton in Shaanxi province has continued to rise.Lamb prices have increased rapidlyespecially after 2005,but from 2014 to March after the beginning of the decline in the price of mutton.But the price of mutton has fallen since March 2014.At present,scholars in our country are very comprehensive about the research of pork price fluctuation.However,there are few studies on the characteristics and causes of mutton price fluctuation,as well as the mutton price fluctuation effect.Therefore,based on the characteristics of mutton price fluctuation,fluctuation characteristics and causes of fluctuation,by researching on the influence factors of mutton price fluctuation,the effect of mutton price fluctuation is analyzed systematically.On this basis,the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations to provide a good theoretical guidance for the healthy and orderly development of the sheep industry.Firstly,It forms the literature review,research objectives,research contents,research methods and technical route by reading a large number of domestic and foreign references;Secondly,it introduces the main economic theory of mutton market price fluctuation;Then,this paper analyzes the mutton sheep industry development present situation and development characteristics of shaanxi province and fluctuations and fluctuations characteristics of the price.Combined with related data,explain mutton price fluctuation effect of part of the body by analyzing the influence factors of price fluctuation in the dingbian county and huanglong county large-scale breeding base.Finally,based on the above analysis,the main conclusions are drawn.According to the conclusion of the price fluctuation of mutton in Shaanxi province and the actual situation in Shaanxi Province,the author puts forward some specific measures and suggestions to stabilize the price of mutton.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical reference for future scholars to do research of mutton,and provide a theoretical basis for Shaanxi province to formulate relevant policies,and promote the sustained,stable and healthy development of Mutton Industry in Shaanxi Province.It can be inferred that the farmers living standard by the income of this variable,Therefore,the income is of great significance for farmers in Shaanxi Province.
