In recent years,with the sustained and rapid economic growth,china has been in the rapid development stage of urbanization.However,with the continuous progress of urbanization,the urban limited land resources and the demand of social and economic development which is in the steady increase,have gradually showed an unbalanced development trend.The irrational land use structure has caused a series of ecological and environmental problems,such as environmental pollution,excessive consumption and lack of resources,biodiversity reduction,ecological habitat degradation and so on.The continuous emergence of these ecological and environmental problems not only restricts the sustainable development of social economy also affects the survival and health of mankind.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee pointed out that “Vigorously promotion the construction of ecological civilization” and “Optimization of the territorial development patterns” are the strategic decision and strategic task of our country respectively.The 13 th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China put forward “adhere to green development and strive to improve the ecological environment”.The National 13 th Five-Year Plan clearly put forward that we should adjust and optimize the land use spatial structure,delineate the agricultural space and ecological space protection red line,build a scientific and rational urbanization pattern,and ecological security pattern.Therefore,the urgent and key problem which needs to solve is how to optimize the spatial distribution of urban land use and promote the coordinating and sustainable development of urban land use and ecological environment,to alleviate the conflicts between the urban socio-economic development and ecological environment,based on the land ecological attribute and the full consideration of the background,development trend of the region,to establish a reasonable optimization pattern in order to achieve ecological,economic and social organic unity.The landscape security pattern theory analyzes the regional ecological security level quantitatively through the simulation of the landscape process,and identifies the landscape elements,location and contacts which are crucial to regional health and safety,so as to coordinate the development of urbanization and ecological environment,and optimize the urban land use spatial pattern.It is an important way to achieve the goal of urban ecological security.The CLUE-S model is an empirical and statistical model.It is an important method to optimize the land use spatial pattern by analyzing the driving mechanism of land use change to simulate the the land use spatio-temporal dynamic pattern of the region.The combination of the landscape security pattern and CLUE-S model can integrate ecological protection into land use allocation to achieve the unity of ecological and economic benefits.In this paper,Yubei District of Chongqing is selected as the study area.Based on the ArcGIS and ENVI as the main technology platform,land use data,remote sensing data and other multi-source data,using the landscape security pattern theory and GIS spatial analysis technology to construct five landscape security patterns,which include comprehensive water security pattern(flood control and water environment pollution control),water-soil conservation security pattern,geological hazard security pattern,recreation security pattern and biodiversity conservation security pattern.Then,superimposing the five landscape security patterns to get the comprehensive landscape security pattern of Yubei District.On the basis of the coupling analysis of the landscape security pattern and CLUE-S model,two different scenarios of land use change for further 7 years(from 2013 to 2020)of Yubei District were constructed,one is present situation development scenario,the other is optimization allocation development scenario.Through comparating the two different land use spatial distribution patterns of the two scenarios to find the way and proposals of land use optimization allocation.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Based on the principle of landscape ecology and landscape security patterns theory,combined with the GIS spatial analysis,through the simulation and identification of five crucial landscape processes which include comprehensive water security(flood control and water environment pollution control),water-soil conservation,geological hazard,recreation and biodiversity conservation,the comprehensive landscape security pattern of Yubei District was construct.The comprehensive landscape security pattern is divided into three levels: low security level(base line pattern),medium security level(satisfactory pattern)and high security level(ideal pattern).The area of low security level pattern accounted for 50.1% of the total study area,the area of medium security level pattern accounted for 44.18 % of the total study area,The area of high security level pattern accounted for 5.72 % of the total study area.(2)Based on CLUE-S model and BinaryLogistic stepwise regression analysis,using the land use historical image of 2009 of Yubei District,and the key forces driving land use change and controlling land use pattern in Yubei District,land use spatial distribution pattern in 2013 of Yubei District was simulated.Then,the simulated results was compared with the real land use map of 2013 to validate the precision of the simulation.The results showed that using CLUE-S model,at 100 m spatial resolution level,the simulation accuracy reached 93.8%,Kappaindexes was 92.25%,which suggesting that the CLUE-S model applies to simulate temporal and spatial changes in land use from 2009 to 2013 of Yubei District.This model which has the capability of modeling changes in quantity and location simultaneously,has a good understanding of the futher land use change of Yubei District and applies to predict the land use spatio-temporal change of Yubei District.(3)Based on the land use image of 2013 of Yubei District,by constructing present situation development scenario and optimization allocation development scenario,land use spatial distribution patterns in 2020 of Yubei District were simulated.Under the two scenarios,the alloction of construction land,cultivitate land,forest land and other land is consistent with the social and economic development trend of the study area.The simulation result is credible.(4)Through the comparative analysis of the land use quantity structure,spatial structure and landscape pattern indexes of present situation development scenario and optimization allocation development scenario,it is concluded that the optimization allocation development scenario which makes the comprehensive consideration of farmland and ecological environment protection,is much more reasonable and feasible.In this paper,based on the coupling of CLUE-S model and landscape security pattern,it is feasible to optimize the land use allocation of the region through the scenario setting.(5)Combining with the land use background and situation of the study area,the paper puts forward several suggestions for the land use optimization alloction of the study area.Firstly,we should adhere to the principle of ecological priority and the green way of development.Secondly,we should protect the cultivated land Strictly and improve the quality of cultivated land.Thirdly,we should control the intensity of regional development and improve land use efficiency.Finally,we should optimize the land use structure and the rationality of land use pattern.
