In recent years,traditional import and export trade are declining under the influence of global economic downturn.On the contrary,the developing of cross-border e-commerce has gained substantial growth as the updating of internet and information technology.Especially,the related cross-border e-commerce logistics industry has realized the rapidest development.More and more logistics enterprises have entered into this market and look for better profit.However,the most important point of their aim is how to creating the best operation procedures that can get maximize benefit and realize sustainable development.In such a condition,this paper takes WTD as an example to makes a detailed analysis on developing strategy of cross-border e-commerce logistics.This paper follows traditional way of study,putting forward problems,analyzing problems,and then solving problems.At first,problems in the developing process of WTD are putting forward based on the introduction of its current detailed data and analysis at the point of inner survey.Then,analyze these problems from different perspectives,including macro environment,meso environment,and micro environment.Finally,according to the analysis results,it concluded that the cross-border e-commerce business of WTD should mainly focus on differentiation strategy and supplemented by cost leadership strategy,and related safeguard solutions are illustrated.Cross-border e-commerce logistics is an emerging industry and there are few studies on it,so this paper is helpful to make up the lack of academic research on this industry.Besides,this paper not only has a strong guiding significance on WTD,but also can be referenced by other cross-border e-commerce logistics enterprises.
