In October 2016,the Ministry of industry and information technology on the development of rare earth industry planning issued(2016-2020 years)the Ministry of regulation No.[2016]319,Which means that the prospect of china’s rare earth industry has entered is very optimistic.with the development of society and the improvement of people’s living standard,rising demand has led to increased demand for rare earths,although the global rare earth market China’s production of rare earth market share at an astonishing 90% or more,but the destruction of the environment,the primary processing backward production,rising labor costs,export quotas on factors,such as market of rare earth enterprises facing increasingly complex market environment,only by adapting to the current market demand and providing the marketing strategy to adapt to the market,enterprises can gain the initiative in the fierce market competition.Otherwise,with the intensification of competition in the domestic industry,the difficulty of export,the rising cost of human resources and the depletion of resources in the raw materials market,enterprises are facing severe challenges in the market.In the increasingly fierce competition in the market today,the traditional marketing channel has not meet the demand of the development of China’s rare earth enterprises,marketing method and management innovation has become the key point of rare earth enterprise marketing.this paper takes Fujian Jinlong rare earth company as the research object,analyzed the specific problems of the company’s marketing management through jinlong rare earth existing marketing methods,on this basis,combining with marketing related theory and the actual situation of domestic rare earth,puts forward the jinlong rare earth marketing center to establish strategy,and through the jinlong rare earth marketing center for the future construction and operation,the implementation of the strategy process is studied.according to the thesis,improving customer demand as the guidance of the marketing management system,enhancing the enterprise market competitive ability,improving the brand The establishment of a sound marketing center is the prerequisite for enterprises to develop the market.The research of this paper can guide the routine development and the existing problems of domestic traditional enterprises,and provide reference for the development of rare earth industry. |
