The Studies Of Jin Jiang's Food Safety Regulation Mode

In recent years,China's food safety problems were frequent,people are more and more attention on food safety,food safety regulatory responsibility is significant,and repetitive reform regulator made basic food safety regulation is often become a mere formality.But due to a series of reasons that exist in the real regulation,as well as regulators of repetitive reform,under the weight of factors such as flexible regulation mechanism,makes the basic food safety conventional type regulation often become a mere formality,and relying on movement type regulation.Based on JinJiang practice and the theory of governance theory,This article research perspectives of the basic law enforcement,and selection of JinJiang Anhai food and drug supervision and management department for the research object,by using the theory of public management trivial basic unit management is analyzed,through using Conventional Regulation and Campaign-Styled Regulation supervision law enforcement subject at the basic research on food safety regulation mode,Comparing with the specific content of two kinds of regulatory modes,rules,peculiarities and merits and shortcomings,seeking to increase the efficiency of the food safety supervision at the grass-roots level of theoretical support,and increase the efficiency of the basic food safety regulatory theory support,and through using the advanced experience of Japan's and Hong Kong's food safety regulation,in order to optimize the mainland basic food safety supervision put forward the corresponding Suggestions,and further supplement to the existing research results.
