"5S" On-site Management Research Of MC Printing Company

5S management,also known as the "five permanent law",is a new management model derived from Japanese companies,refers to the organization continued to carry out "finishing(Seiri)","rectification(Seiton)","cleaning(Seiso)","clean(Seikets)"," literacy(Shitsuke)" five projects,through the implementation of 5S management activities can effectively improve the production site environment,reduce waste of resources,which can improve production efficiency and develop staff good work quality.And,5S management or the basis of total quality management and other production activities,its importance can be seen.In this paper,MC Printing company as the research object,for its current status quo effective implementation of 5S management activities of the program.The paper is divided into six parts.Among them,the first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background of 5S management theory and the research status at home and abroad,and expounds the relevant theory and development of 5S management theory.The second part deals with the meaning,function and application of 5S management theory.The third part is a summary of the overall situation of MC Printing company,and pointed out that MC company's current problems,including the production operations unscientific,emergency response capability is not strong and the workshop environment is not ideal and so on.In the fourth part,through the relevant literature,combined with the actual situation of MC Printing company,a set of 5S site management overall design scheme of MC Printing company is put forward,and a comprehensive evaluation model of 5S field management effect is constructed.The fifth part is the 5S management program in the MC Printing company's specific implementation.The sixth part is the summary and prospect of the full text.5S management is an effective way to improve the work site,but in the actual implementation process often because the manager does not understand or the recognition of the staff is not high,resulting in poor performance of 5S activities.The purpose of this study is to ensure that 5S management can play an effective role by developing a scientific and effective 5S management plan and combining with the actual situation of the company,and will no longer be regarded as "face project".
