Research On The Improvement Of A Enterprise Human Resource Management System

With the slogan of our country’s science and technology power,the science and technology industry has been developing rapidly.As an important part of science and technology,IC design industry plays a more and more important role in China’s economic development and national security.But because of China’s IC design industry started late,weak technological capacity,in the market are facing the fierce competition,which requires the IC design enterprise of our country develop in predicament,gain competitive advantage through continuous innovation and improvement.As an important aspect of enterprise management,it is necessary to improve the human resource management system.In this paper,through literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method,taking A company as the research object,through to the A enterprise existing human resources management system are introduced,and based on the analysis of the enterprise’s internal and external environment,find out the problems through the questionnaire data,combining the corporate overall strategy and human resources management system,put forward A enterprise human resources management system design and improvement suggestions.This paper tries to improve the A enterprise human resources management system,to provide a certain theoretical value and practical significance for the integrated circuit design of similar enterprises in china.
