Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in terms of quantity,the contribution to the GDP, the contribution of tax and increase imployment,both in China's economic system plays avital role.However,as no establishied system for strategic human resource management,there is no long-term develppment in support of the organizational structure,pay systems,hunman resources.So,anti-risk ability of SMEs is low and generally lacks survival and sustainable development capacity.JSE is located in Zhejiang province where the private economy is most developed in China.Its current human resources management system has shown a general representation in SMEs.Through analysis of the status of the business,setting strategy,and focusing on the strategy to design the strategic human resource management system from organizational structure,performance appraisal system,recruitment and salary system.Now the effect of the implementation is obvious.We believe that the strategic human resource management system will continue to support strongly for JSE company to achieve its strategic goals.
