The automobile industry is one of the pillars of China's economic development.Since the establishment of the first automobile factory in China in the 1950 s and 1960 s,automobile enterprises have made outstanding contributions to the development of China's national economy.With the expansion of economic globalization,China's auto industry system is increasingly integrated into the international automobile manufacturing system,my car companies began to enter the golden stage of development.Low manufacturing costs and broad market space to attract the world's high-quality automotive manufacturing resources gathered in China.In 2009,China officially became the world's largest automobile production and sales power,and as of last year for eight consecutive years to maintain this position.In recent years,China's economic development slowed down,China's auto market showed a slow state of development.Especially in 2015,China's auto production and sales situation is not optimistic;especially in the first three quarters,the domestic passenger car sales of the top ten car prices have six sales have declined in varying degrees,FAW-Volkswagen car sales fell 12.4%.China's auto market situation improved in 2016,but the growth rate is still relatively slow.With the slow growth of China's overall situation is different,China's new energy vehicles production and sales are all the way higher,the domestic auto companies have begun to step up the development of new energy vehicles,coupled with our government in recent years to vigorously support the development of new energy vehicles,China's new energy vehicles will usher in the "big development." China's auto business strategy should be from the traditional fuel vehicles to new energy vehicles production changes.This paper will use the PEST analysis method and the Porter model to describe the current situation of domestic and foreign automobile enterprises in China,and analyze the necessity and feasibility of the transformation of automobile enterprises in China.By using SWOT analysis method and the paper analyzes the strategic transformation environment of automobile enterprises in China to select the strategic transformation direction which matches the enterprise environment and ability.At the same time,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the strategic transformation of the enterprise,Conclusion,lack of and hope.
