In recent years,with the change of international economic situation changes,the rapid development of the global economy,affected by factors such as culture,economy and environment.The ideas of people are beginning to have changed.Social entrepreneurs,the emergence of a large number of positive at the same time,all types of companies emerge in endlessly.Because of the fierce competition,enterprise management more and more negative news,such as "enron" and "tainted milk powder" etc.It's not limited to management is not standard,more is involved in the general consumer's life safety problem,We need to be deep reflection and study,how to weigh the benefits and responsibilities?This brings us to the concept of CSR,which has been studied by more and more scholars.Our country is based on public ownership as the main body of the common development of the socialist country,according to the national property,can be divided into state-owned enterprises and the enterprise non-state-owned holding companies.In non-state-owned holding companies and can be subdivided into private enterprises and foreign enterprises.State-owned enterprises are the watchmen of all enterprises because of the particularity of their controlling shareholders.So are state-owned enterprises guaranteeing profits while fulfilling their social responsibilities?Will private and foreign companies also be able to make profits while ensuring the performance of social responsibilities?This is a question worth digging into.In this paper in learning and absorbing the domestic and foreign research methods and research ideas,on the basis of combining the background of China's capital market circulation and the actual situation of the listed company ownership structure under different ownership structure to study the relationship between corporate social performance and social responsibility.In the study,the enterprises are divided into three types: state-owned enterprises,private enterprises and foreign enterprises.Based on the perspective of stakeholders,select the first listed companies from 2013 to 2015 as sample,using spherical inspection principal component analysis was carried out on the selected data verify indicators of operability.Then,we study the social responsibility of enterprises as the independent variable.Due to the lack of specific business results and social responsibility evaluation indicators,is an abstract concept,therefore,based on the descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to the enterprise performance and social responsibility before the determination of the design of evaluation system.In order to make the research of this paper more realistic,the conclusion is further validated by concrete cases.According to the study,three types of corporate performance and social responsibility are positively correlated.According to the final results corresponding Suggestions are given for different enterprises,help them to improve business performance at the same time,strengthen the implementation of corporate social responsibility consciously.
