Application Of Combined Rating Model In Supplier Rating Of Pharmaceutical Circulation Enterprises

Medicine procurement is a very important part of supply chain management in pharmaceutical circulation enterprise,which directly affects the business cost or profit movements.Therefore,as for enterprises,how to use the relevant historical data of suppliers,select a reasonable rating method for the classification of suppliers,and different levels of suppliers to develop different procurement strategies will have important guiding significance in the procurement of pharmaceuticals.Firstly,this paper expounds the importance of supply chain management to the survival and development of enterprises,and introduces the current situation of the development of pharmaceutical industry and the problems in the management of medical supply chain,and puts forward the feasibility of supplier rating to improve the status quo of medical supply chain operation;and then the paper analyzes the process of rating by the general enterprise and finds the core of the optimization process-choose the scientific and reasonable supplier rating method;then it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the five different rating methods in different stages of development.And then it analyzes the shortcomings of the two-level singlerating model,and puts forward the hierarchical multivariate logistic regression model based on the analytic hierarchy process.Achieving the subjective rating model and objective by combining the analytic hierarchy process with the ordered multivariate logistic regression model.Based on the hierarchical analysis method,the orderly multivariate logistic regression model is used to revise the rating results,and the probability of the supplier is divided into different grades,which avoids the absolution of the general rating results.Then,it takes the suppliers of a large pharmaceutical distribution company in China as the research object.Through the field investigation and the questionnaire survey,we get four major indicators including the operation status,the quality condition,the transportation condition and the customer development situation Business rating level indicators,and the four sub-indicators were divided into 17 secondary indicators,with the existing supplier of data using the combined rating model to the supplier rating,the supplier rating results were obtained after testing the consistency and effectiveness of the combined rating model and the relevant supplier management recommendations were made based on the rating results;Finally,based on the obtained supplier combined rating model,the paper designs the supplier rating system by using the BS development model and the SSM framework.It aims to realize the information and software of supplier information management and rating of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises,enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises and improve the operational efficiency of enterprises.
