With the development of technology and dynamic business environment,it is difficult for enterprises to achieve long-term competitiveness by virtue of what has been achieved.Many emerging enterprises rapid rise,the original enterprises must also be rapid response to the environment.How to bring employee creativity into full play in organizational development is a challenge for enterprises.The research on employee innovation behavior has made some achievements,but the research on innovation behavior in current research mostly focuses on organizational factors,team factors and personal factors.Leadership behavior should be further explored and expanded for innovation behavior.The impact of leadership behavior on employee behavior has been widely concerned.Coach leadership behavior as a new leadership behavior on the role of employee behavior mechanism is not clear enough.The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of coaching leadership on innovation behavior and the role of cohesive and heterogeneous team atmosphere in the process.The research conclusion enriches the research of innovation behavior,which has important theoretical and practical significance to stimulate the creative talents of the staff.In this study,the employees of enterprises in southern China as the research object,the use of questionnaires to conduct a longitudinal pairing survey.The first survey obtains coaching leadership behavior and team self-examination data,which is evaluated by the leader;the second survey obtains the data of the atmosphere of difference order,which is evaluated by the employees;the third survey obtains the data of innovation behavior,.The research contents are divided into three parts:(1)the influence of coaching leadership on team self-examination;(3)the influence of coaching leadership behavior on innovation behavior;(2)team self-The relationship between leadership behavior and innovation behavior;(3)the regulatory role of difference order atmosphere on the relationship between coaching leadership behavior and team self-examination,as well as the regulatory role of teamwork in mediating the relationship between coaching leadership and team self-reflection.The author analyzes the driving factors and mechanism of innovation behavior,and constructs the mechanism model of coaching leadership behavior and innovation behavior in Chinese context.Which enriches the connotation of research on employee's innovation behavior and provides theoretical and practical guidance for employee management in dynamic environment.
