The current society is facing a new round of transformation and upgrading.In order to adapt to the dynamic change in competitive environment,it is important for organizations to bring forth new ideas to obtain sustainable competitive strength.Thus,how to improve innovative behavior of employees has become an important issue.Leadership is considered crucial for enabling team effectiveness.As the tasks are becoming more and more complexity,it is difficult for any one person to be an expert on all aspects of the work that needs to be done.As such,leadership research,typically focused on the behavior of an appointed or elected leader,has been moving towards a distributed,group process form of leadership known as “shared leadership”.Shared leadership refers to a team property whereby leadership is distributed among team members rather than focused on a single designated leader.In this paper we try to analyze how shared leadership influence employee innovative behavior,and what roles do team reflexivity and team psychological safety play.Based on literature review,the research committed investigation on employees in enterprises of Southern China through questionnaire survey,to explore the relationship of shared leadership,team reflexivity,team psychological safety and innovative behavior.The research contents include:(1)Literature review of shared leadership,team reflexivity,team psychological safety and innovative behavior.(2)The relationship between two variables among the three main variables.(3)The mediating role of team reflexivity in the relationship between shared leadership and innovative behavior.(4)The moderating role of team psychological safety in the relationship between team reflexivity and i innovative behavior.The study found that:(1)There is significant positive influence between shared leadership and team reflexivity and innovative behavior;(2)There is significant positive influence between team reflexivity and innovative behavior;(3)team reflexivity plays intermediary role between shared leadership and innovative behavior;(4)Team psychological safety plays moderating effect between team reflexivity and innovative behavior.Through the research,we hope to clarify the intrinsic mechanism among shared leadership and innovative behavior.It will contribute to related theory and mechanism research of shared leadership and innovative behavior.The conclusion could provide guidance for enterprises management and human resource management and new perspectives and ideas for academic research.
