Research On The Development Strategy Of E Iron And Steel Group

E iron and Steel Group is currently subject to the impact of the global economic crisis and the domestic steel industry policy adjustment and other factors.Enterprise development and growth of the pressure is increasing day by day.In order to adapt to the current changes in the steel market environment,Re formulate the development strategy of E iron and Steel Group,it is imperative to establish the new strategic objectives of the group.In this paper,using the enterprise strategic management related theory and the main methods of enterprise development strategy research: PEST analysis,porter five competitive model and SWOT analysis method,etc.,studied the development strategy of iron and steel group E.First analysis of the group faced by the external environment,including macro environment,industry environment and market environment analysis,thus draws the influence enterprise development opportunities and threats;Then analysis group internal conditions,clear the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise development,and SWOT comprehensive analysis,for the group using the opportunity,exert their own advantages,to avoid threats and their own disadvantage,suitable for group’s actual situation,provides the reference for the enterprise development strategy of the feasible;The development group’s mission,vision and goals,develop core business of steel and the steel industry should adopt the development strategy and ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic measures.This article through to E steel group development strategy study,for the group in the process of development decisions have practical significance and guiding value,to the same industry enterprise development strategy formulation to provide the corresponding reference value.
