Research On Empirical Analysis And Countermeasure Of The Urbanuzation Quality Of Wuhai

In recent years,China's urbanization development has adhered to the "people" as the core,and constantly promote the reform of urban settlement system.At the same time,it is also optimizing the industrial structure to trigger a new engine of economic development,actively promoting urban transformation,and further improving urban infrastructure construction,improving social security,and building nests to attract phoenixes.Efforts will be made to realize that the urban population has income,can stay,and truly “root” the city,thereby improving the quality of new urbanization.This paper takes Wuhai City,the city with the highest urbanization rate in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object.The entropy method is used to construct the evaluation index system of urbanization quality in Wuhai City from the aspects of urbanization development level and efficiency.The comprehensive index method is used to calculate the comprehensive index of urbanization quality.The coupling degree model is also used to analyze the Uygur The level of urbanization quality and the coordination degree of efficiency in the city,and the empirical analysis of its urbanization quality from various angles.Through analysis,it is found that the quality level of urbanization in Wuhai City has been slow to develop from 2013 to2017,and the level and efficiency of urbanization quality have been in an unbalanced state for nearly ten years.Based on the evaluation results and the existing related research,this paper discusses the factors that restrict the quality development of urbanization in Wuhai City,such as slow progress in infrastructure construction,economic development downturn,poor ecological environment improvement,and imbalance between urban and rural development.Aiming at the above constraints,aseries of countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the transformation of urbanization in Wuhai City were put forward: adjusting industrial structure,improving infrastructure construction,improving ecological environment,high resource utilization efficiency,promoting urban and rural integration development,and improving public service level.
