The Evaluation Of New Urbanization Based On The Quality And Size

Urbanization is a symbol of human civilization, it is an inevitable trend of social development of China. Accompanied by the advance of the urbanization process in China, the existing problems in the process of urbanization is becoming increasingly prominent. For this reason, it is necessary to constantly improve the quality of the connotation of urbanization, and adhere to a diverse new urbanization path.This paper is based on the perspective of quality and size, the establishment of evaluation index system. We tries to study the coordination between the quality and scale during urbanization in Heibei and use improved entropy method and Quadrant classification method to specific analysis and exploration. To conclude that: ①The results show that the quality and scale of urbanization in Hebei Province increase gradually, the urbanization quality is growing development, and ahead of the scale of urbanization. ②Through the sub-level of analysis, we find the main reasons resulting in the quality of excessive ahead in some areas of Hebei is that the continuously improve the level of social development. ③In the spatial dimension, whatever the urbanization process or the coordination between quality and scale of urbanization, there are obviously spatial differences. When urbanization policy should adjust measures to local conditions, the classified guidance.At the macro level, through the analysis of national data, the paper found that the urbanization quality of Hebei in the national is on the list, due to the rapid development of urbanization scale, making the process of urbanization in Hebei Province is a relatively high level of state. Overall, the high level region of urbanization is mainly distributed in southeast China, the low level of urbanization is concentrated in the Northwest Territories. The development of relationship between urbanization quality and scale of urbanization in China mainly for the quality of the lag. We need to constantly develop urbanization quality.In the micro-level and macro-level, by comparing the comparison of coordination between the urbanization quality and scale of urbanization in Hebei. We can find that in Hebei Province, the development of urbanization in most cities showing the urbanization quality ahead of the scale, which basically in line with the new urbanization about continuously improve the urbanization quality requirements. But through comparative analysis of the national level, we find that, in the country, the urbanization quality is lags far behind the scale of urbanization, it is shows that the quality urbanization exists a serious shortage of Hebei, Therefore, improving the level of urbanization in Hebei province, need to be considered from the global and local aspects.
