Study On Oil And Gas Industry Competitiveness In Daqing

Oil is the most important primary energy source,with the rapid development of our country's economy,the demand for oil and gas is increasing year by year.Daqing oilfield has created high yield which become a miracle in history of petroleum development.However,in recent years,there has been gradual production that caused irreparable gap.As a typical resource-based city,the weakness of single industrial structure,unbalanced development of industrial chain,sustainable development is now being showed.In the new period,daqing became the very important land passage of Heilongjiang sea Silk Road economic belt and China-Mongolian-Russia economic corridor.The construction of the Moda line makes the function of daqing from production base to storage and transport base.Therefore,it has great significance to evaluate the competitiveness of petroleum industry in daqing,which will help to transform the resource advantage into the driving force of economic growth.This article first gives the qualitative analysis conclusion to the daqing oil and gas industry based on diamond model,the results show that as the traditional oil and gas production regions,the competitiveness of the daqing oil field is declining compared to the years before.Second using clustering analysis method,according to the recent two years' output in oil and gas and the growth rate of domestic large-scale oilfield can be divided into four echelon formation,then using principal component analysis(pca)based on diamond model to know the competitive advantage and competitive disadvantage of daqing oil field oil and gas industry.The results showed that the yield and factors of production in daqing oil field energy products potential competitiveness has a competitive advantage,and in the aspect of science and technology innovation ability and the related and supporting industries showed a competitive disadvantage.Finally,the policy suggestions to improve daqing oil and gas industry competitiveness are given,such as the new industrial structure of oil and gas simultaneously,strengthen the competitiveness of the downstream petrochemical industry chain,etc.
