Industrial competitive advantage has always been the focus of attention in the field of industrial economy and strategic management,and it is also the key to improve the status of regional industry competitiveness and competition?With the growth of the tourism industry and the promotion of status,the industry internal competition escalating,so how to find their own competitive advantage become the era of regional tourism industry development.The factors that influence the competitive advantage of regional tourism industry are extensive,in each factor in the formation of industry competitive advantage has certain internal rules,choosing "diamond model" as the theoretical analysis framework,and using factors of production,demand conditions,related and supporting industries,enterprise strategy,structure and horizontal competition this four major factors and government to build the sources of competitive advantage index of regional tourism industry,then exploring the source index of regional tourism industry competitive advantage through exploratory factor analysis,and through the principal component method of multiple regression to analysis the forming mechanism of regional tourism industry competitive advantage,finally,the results showed that: “Diamond model”for the analysis of regional tourism industry competitive advantage provides a relatively comprehensive accurate analysis framework,When a number of influencing factors act on the competitive advantage of tourism industry,the number of domestic tourists,post and telecommunications business,the number of tourism practi-tioners,the total number of tourism institutions of higher learning,the disposable income of urban residents,the urban public transport operating range and the whole society fixed assets investment in the formation of competitive advantage of regional tourism industry has significantly positive influence,but The number of 3A tourist attractions has a weak negative impact on the competitive advantage of regional tourism industry,There is a multivariate linear function between these eight factors and the competitive advantage of regional tourism industry,the competitive advantage of tourism industry in a certain region mainly depends on these factors,and it also explain the formation mechanism of regional tourism industry competitive advantage;At the same time,the competitive advantages of tourism industry in each region present some differences and commonness.According to the research results,this paper proposes the corresponding strategies to enhance the competitive advantages of regional tourism industry from the sources of industrial competitive advantages and the advantages of each region.The study provides a good theoretical and practical reference for different subjects in China's regional tourism industry to grasp the competitive advantages and enhance the industrial competitiveness.
