The Research On Comprehensive Evaluation And Management Of Chinese High-tech Enterprise Performance

With the development of world's economy, the traditional enterprise is facing a great challenge.People put more perspective to high-tech enterprise; a strong force is promoting the growth of high-tech enterprises.High-tech enterprise as a new kind of business plays more and more important roles in the economic life.With the changes of quality and quantity of high-tech enterprise, the position and function of enterprise also hold the balance.Some high-tech enterprises with advanced and very strong leading have become the pillar of the national economy which greatly promoted the development of our national economy and improved our comprehensive national strength. Objective and correct evaluation of high-tech enterprise performance also become hot topic in academic circles and business circles.If an enterprise wants to take a place in the market environment, it is necessary to improve the business performance. Because of its characteristics of high investment, high innovation and high intelligence, it is very important for the enterprise's success to establish a timely,accurate and scientific performance evaluation system.This paper absorbs and draws lessons from domestic and international relevant research-results of high-tech enterprises.Based on summarizing current research of domestic and international high-tech enterprise performance evaluation, it points out the problems. Adopting theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, guiding by the systematic theory and using the multi-discipline theory and method such as economy, management, finance and mathematical statistics, it takes the systematic research on the performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises, constructs more suitable performance evaluation index system for the high-tech enterprise, and appraises the performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises from the five perspective of the finance, stakeholders, innovation, internal business processes and learning and growth.On the basis of comprehensive and thorough study, it proposes a high-tech enterprise performance evaluation model and makes up the deficiency of the traditional model of the performance evaluation system. Using the main performance index of evaluation model, it analyzes how to strengthen the performance management of high-tech enterprises.
