Return of insurance products is lagging behind,professional and strong,the insurance company’s marketing staff of professional quality and sales skills,put forward higher requirements.According to the theory of human capital theory,training is an important way to enhance staff professionalism and work skills,one of the most important investment is the company,effective training can help enterprises to obtain higher returns.On the basis of this theory,based on systematic training theory as a reference,training to J insurance company of Henan branch marketing personnel as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,group interviews and other research methods,on the J insurance company of Henan branch marketing personnel training has made investigation and analysis.This article believes that the J insurance company Henan branch marketing personnel training mainly has the following problems,namely,the training before the investigation is not thorough,the course content is lack of pertinence,the training method is rigid,the training evaluation becomes a mere formality.Corresponding to the problem,the main reason behind the problem is lack of awareness of training before and after training,staff training needs and company capacity does not match the company’s training system is designed to improve the three aspects.In the adult learning theory based on the related research achievements,combined with the company’s training organization staff communication and analysis of the interview records,according to the J insurance company of Henan branch marketing personnel training problems,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,corresponding,deepen the research before training to enhance the research level,the training contents to update meet the different stages of the training needs of employees,improve the training system to stimulate the vitality and effectiveness of training,emphasis on training to enhance the evaluation of training evaluation after reaction.
