In the process of economic transition and consumption structure upgrade, Chinese marketing service industries are confronted with unprecedented development. In recent years, marketing appears the new development trend of offlining, networking, terminal ending and centralization. The percentage of offline marketing is improving and offline marketing becomes more and more attractive. The research object of this paper is DAWS ON Marketing Promotion Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as DAWSON Company) which is a retail terminal marketing provider and the main business of it is providing offline market service. In recent years, with the rapid development of marketing service industry in China, the company is growing rapidly, and the existing training system is insufficient for the talent needs of the company as well as the demand of employees’ comprehensive quality promotion, so the company needs to establish a scientific and reasonable training system urgently.In the first place, the paper introduced the related theory of training, the development of training theory and the analysis state of it in domestic and abroad. Secondly, based on the investigate of DAWSON Company’s staff training, the paper shows that there are several questions lies in the company’s training system such as idea limitations, training system is imperfect, backward in training management and training safeguards measures are not perfect. Thirdly, through the deep analysis of the state system of its staff training and take the requirement of company into account the paper put forward a scheme for the DAWSON Company’s staff training:Retain the project training and external training in the original training system, and reference the staff training system model suggested by Shen Xinming, the paper suggested to establish a new staff training system for DAWSON Company from four aspects: demand analysis of staff training, objectives of staff training, formulation and implementation of staff training plan, and effect evaluation of staff training. These measurements can provide personnel guarantee for the sustainable development of DAWSON Company. Lastly, the paper brings forward a series measurements to guarantee the quality of training from three aspects:organization, system and teacher qualification.The training programme designed in this paper focus on the facts of DAWSON Company and the programme is strongly realistic and operable. The paper aims to provid some guidance for DAWSON Company’s training work and provid experience for similar organization’s training work as well.
