Research On The Training For Insurance Staff In Yangquan City

With China's accession to WTO, China's insurance market has entered a period of full opening-up, and many international insurance giants have landed in China, so China's insurance companies are facing severe challenges in the rapidly changing competition environment. Combined with her three years'experiences in the management of human resource, the author of this thesis takes the advantages of working in Yangquan city, and summarizes the problems in the training system and the training management in Yangquan's insurance industry. Because clerks are the management subjects in insurance business, promoting staff's overall quality and conducting staff training will be the key in the competition if these insurance companies want to achieve sustained and stable development. Then how to conduct effective staff training?Based on the analysis of relevant training theories at home and abroad, this thesis studies the training situation in Yangquan insurance, and further discusses the situation of staff training through a questionnaire.210 questionnaires were distributed, among which 166 were returned, and 164 were effective. Combined with questionnaire and interviewing, the study aims at revealing the problems with staff training in Yangquan insurance company. And based on the data from questionnaire and the analysis about the characteristics of insurance employees, this thesis presents that Yangquan insurance company should establish staff training system, and, in particular, from the company's development strategy and employee's individual career, stresses to strengthen the analysis of training needs, the implementation of training program and the evaluation of training effectiveness. Meanwhile, in the end of this thesis, the author also shows the program conditions of successfully implementing the staff training system for Yangquan insurance company, The study is hoped to be helpful for the future insurance staff training system, making the system more scientific and reasonable. and provides the effective countermeasures for its conduct.
