With the increasing role of knowledge workers in the enterprise, the internal training and talent reserve is an important basis for the development of enterprises, management personnel training and development, is directly related to the enterprise survival, development and rapid growth of key factors. And the management staff, due to their own professional development needs, more attention to the pursuit of lifelong employment ability to enhance the platform and development opportunities. Through the improvement of the internal training system of management personnel, the enterprise management personnel training work towards standardization, institutionalization, advanced, practical, so that the enterprise management personnel in the internal training to improve their comprehensive ability, in the enterprise to find suitable for its stable development route, also for the enterprise to create a number of high performance, high quality management team, for the enterprise sustainable development to provide strong human resources guarantee.However, the LF group has been a leader in the domestic retail industry. The training ideas of the management personnel are not strong, lack of team learning and sharing atmosphere, the training content is single, lack of practical, system is not perfect, the training organization is not perfect, and the training management is not standardized. These problems have led to the LF group in the past has not received the ideal management training effect, however, the external management is difficult to adapt to the level of internal promotion management staff can not meet the needs of the professional. In the face of the lack of management talent, the rapid development of the LF group in urgent need of its management personnel training system to improve.This paper mainly studies the characteristics of the management personnel training system and the retail industry, and uses the theoretical research method to study the characteristics of the management personnel and the establishment and management of the training system. Combined with LF group development strategy research and investigation on the existing management staff career development demand, around the existing management personnel should be improved professional skills and the ability to insufficient point to carry out of management staff training system design. System of course of study, on-the-job learning, and reserve personnel training and development system design, stimulate the enthusiasm of the enterprise management personnel training, enhance the comprehensive ability of the managers. In order to make the paper can be used for reference to the establishment of the internal training system of other retail enterprises management personnel.
