Due to the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly in recent decades,so as the scale of the domestic market of personal wealth management.Meanwhile,high-net-worth families have also been growing at a rate of more than 10%every year.Under this circumstance,the wealth of high-net-worth clients has become one of the most important sources of profits for commercial banks.Commercial banks provide full services of wealth management,from the investment to the financing end,from personal financial needs to family wealth management as long as from short-term investment to long-term asset allocation.Private banking business adhere to the"customer-oriented",establishing its own core competitive ability,setting up exclusive private banking services of professional and talented teams,building up powerful product platform for investment consulting system,constructing new business model suitable for the development,and strengthening interagency collaboration within the group across the line,to explore their own development path of high-net-worth clients wealth management business.This paper summarizes the literature review,main concepts and related theories of high-net-worth clients,wealth management and implicate existing theories to analyzing the case of Kunming Branch of Bank A.The paper analyses the current demand for high net worth individuals,the products and services that commercial banks can provide at financial market,and use the synthesis of Porter Five Forces model and SWOT analysis,to help the Bank make optimization choices of high net worth clients' wealth management.Suggestions on wealth management are also put forward in terms of customer management,product allocation,service system building,organizational structure adjustment,talent team constrictions and risk compliance management for the Bank A in the paper.
