With the development of economic society and the improvement of people's living standard of our country,the scale of high net worth individuals is constantly expanding,which comes to the unceasingly elevating requirement of product innovation of commercial bank.And commercial bank is reaching after the synergetic innovation with high net worth clients to get rid of the dilemma of single-product structure and homogeneity,and to merge together the innovation resources of both sides.But,as to the evaluation of high net worth clients' synergetic innovation value,commercial bank used to depend on the internal data and the subjective judgment of customer manager,which cannot shape comprehensive and objective perceptions about high net worth clients.Nowadays,the internet has infiltrated all kinds of realm.The behavioral data of clients shows massive personal characters,which could effectively remedy the limitation of commercial banks' internal data.This text firstly summarizes the related articles at home and abroad,and presents the related theories;analyzes the mechanism of the evaluation of synergetic innovation value of commercial bank's high net worth clients via internet data fusion based on advanced user theory,organizational creativity theory,customer synergetic innovation theory symmetric-information theory;The text divided the influencing factors of commercial bank's high net worth clients' synergetic innovation into four aspects on the basic of theory and mechanism analysis: investment ability;innovation ability;synergetic capacity and participation willingness.It comes up with the hypothesis that the four factors have positive impacts on the synergetic innovation value of commercial bank's high net worth clients,and builds the structural model and measurement model via internet data fusion,which forms the evaluation model of synergetic innovation value of commercial bank's high net worth clients via internet data fusion.In order to verify the rationality of the evaluation model,this paper conducts an empirical analysis using the structural equation model,and depends on the questionnaire survey scale combined with internet information scale,level assignment and Likert 5 scale to collect sample data;tests the credibility and validity of the questionnaires through SPSS19.0;analyzes the fitting situation of the evaluation model and comes out the results of parameter estimation through the AMOS17.0,the results support the hypothesis of evaluation model,which finally puts forward the countermeasure and advice to the three parts: commercial bank's cultivation emphasizing on customer innovation ability;emphasizing on synergetic environments;emphasizing on the improvement of the acquisition of internet data.The evaluation of synergetic innovation value of commercial bank's high net worth clients via internet data fusion could better describe the qualitative index that is hard to measure,which is good for the commercial bank to make comprehensive and objective cognitions to the synergetic innovation value of high net worth clients.This paper provides a solid foundation to the improvement of the effectiveness and quality of commercial bank and high net worth clients.Using the structural equation model to build model and verify can effectively compensate the lack of effective inspection in the previous evaluation system of synergetic innovation value of commercial bank's high net worth clients.
