The central bank adjusted the benchmark deposit and lending interest rates and floating interval two times in2012, and China’s first financial comprehensive reform pilot area was established in Zhejiang Wenzhou in the same year to encourage and support the private capital to participate in the local financial reform. This situation put forward huge challenge to the monopoly position of commercial banks, whose traditional profit model is constrained, the core-competitiveness of commercial banks will depend on the intermediate business and innovation in the future. At the same time, China’s wealthy class has been growing rapidly. The scope of the professional services for high net worth clients has been continued to expand since China launched this business in2007. However, the business still has such problems as the classification of high net worth customer is single; the information communication mode between commercial bank and high net worth clients is unitary and high net worth clients are less involved in financial services process.Aiming at the above problems, this paper construct the customer collaborative innovation mechanism between commercial bank and high net worth customer according to the idea of "modeling framework+service matching+service" with the theory of customer collaborative innovation, customer relationship management etc.. The mechanism regards the customer collaborative innovation framework model as the starting point and takes the customer collaborative innovation platform as the basis. Put forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems in order to improve the profitability of commercial banks and meet the high net worth clients demand.The paper constructs the cooperation innovation mechanism between commercial bank and high net worth clients with the stimulus--response model of complex adaptive system theory and the collaborative innovation risk control mechanism with the theory of constraints. On the basis of existing research, the paper has two innovative points, one is building the collaborative innovation mechanism with the co-innovation theory, organizational learning and innovation theory; the other is building the risk control mechanism with the theory of constraints.
