The Environment Quality And Social Economy Coordinated Development Relations Analysis

The coordinated development of environment and economy is the key to the sustainable development of the city.Along with the economic development of each city in Shaanxi Province,city and industrialization continues to accelerate,and the increase of population and the irrational utilization of resources in recent years,thus,the healthy development of the city has brought a series of environmental and economic problems in Xi'an and Xianyang.As the main city of Shaanxi Province,especially the implementation of west development strategy,the environment and the rapid development of economy,which also increases the risk of the local environment.To research the environment and economic development in Xi'an city and Xianyang city,It has an important guiding significance for the economic development of the two cities and the implementation of the strategy of the integration of the West and the salt.This article uses the method of combining theoretical and empirical analysis,The present situation of environmental and economic development between the city of xi 'an and the city of xianyang in 1997-2015,using the method of TOPSIS evaluation model on the two city environmental and economic coordination relationship between environmental index and economic index of Xi'an city and Xianyang City,the calculation results were analyzed,providing the policy suggestions for the development of the integration of the West Ham;finally using GM(1,1)prediction model to predict the Xi'an city and Xianyang city in the future 10 years of development of environment and economy coordinated development,promote the sustainable development of city environment draw the following conclusions and economy:(1)The third industry in Xi'an is the fastest growth,the proportion of the largest industry,remained above 50%,followed by the second industry.And Xianyang is the second industry as the pillar industry,the second industry proportion rose from 40.6% in 1997 to 59.9% in 2015 at the same time,the two city of the proportion of the first industry is relatively small.(2)The three factors of environmental quality in xi 'an and xianyang,the environmental pollution factor score is in the stage of steady development,score fluctuation is small.Ecological environment factor scores rising steadily development in two cities,ecological environmental quality improving.Overall environmental governance score in two cities drop,less regulation.(3)The three indicators of environmental pollution were selected in the city of Xi'an and the influence degree of industrial waste gas pollution to the environment is the highest,followed by industrial wastewater.And the sewage treatment rate and garbage removal in Xi'an city environmental governance plays an important role.But the environmental pollution index in Xianyang City,the most serious environmental pollution of industrial waste gas that contained in industrial waste gas pollution degree of SO2 times.(4)The environmental quality comprehensive index and economic development factor index(economy,economic quality)for the inverted u-shaped curve fitting results in Xi 'an and xianyang.The environmental quality comprehensive index and economic development factor index(economic)structure fitting effect is not significant in Xi'an,among them the second industrial structure of xi 'an and xi 'an consumer price index of xi "an environmental quality.And the environmental quality comprehensive index and economic development factor index(economic)structure fitting effect is remarkable,the power function curve in xianyang.(5)The environment and economy coordinated development degree from 1997-2007 years to offset the imbalance and recession in Xi'an city,the coordinated development degree is decreasing;the imbalance in 2008-2010 the imbalance and recession trend,the coordinated development degree of change and reduce increases,better coordination;2011-2015 years from barely coordination primary coordination up to moderate coordination,good coordination development.Xianyang City emerged from the 1997-2004 imbalance and recession imbalance;to 2005-2010 again into recession;2011-2015 from barely coordination into coordinated development.In general,the status of the coordinated development of environment and economy in Xi'an city and Xianyang city is good.Is to achieve quality coordination direction.(6)In Xi'an and Xianyang,the environment and the economy coordinated development degree(D)of 10 years(2016-2025 years)the prediction accuracy of rank test for qualified,the results of coordinated development of primary-Secondary-good coordination and coordinated development,indicating a high level of coordination in the next 10 years.
