Research On Risk Management Of Supply Chain Emergencies Based On Integrated Management Theory

The occurrence of has a significant influence on people's life and property,business operation and social stability.In the case of supply chain emergencies,it may cause serious losses on related supply chain system and its internal links,which has strong destructive power.So the supply chain emergencies should be stifled in the cradle as much as possible.Based on this,this paper will study the risk management of supply chain emergencies based on integrated management theory.Firstly,reviewing and combing the theory which related to the content of the thesis,combining with the content of the study,this paper summarizes and reviews the integrated management theory,supply chain risk,supply chain emergencies and risk management of supply chain emergencies.Combined with the previous research results in the field of supply chain emergencies,redefine the concept of supply chain emergencies,summarize the classification and characteristics of supply chain emergencies.The risk management of supply chain emergencies is divided into four aspects: risk identification,risk measurement,risk assessment and risk feedback and control.Afterwards,according to the Internet,Chang'an University Logistics and Supply Chain Institute website and literature and other related channels to collect the 250 supply chain emergencies classic case which can be counted and have feature of representative in recent years.In order to ensure the exclusion of case selection subjectivity,using mathematical statistics,SPSS software and statistical principles and making statistical studies which are accorded to the supply chain emergencies' industry,risk-induced factors,and the severity of the loss and the principal component analysis of "industry-induced factors".Through the establishment of supply chain contingency risk management four elements evaluation index system,constructing risk management model of supply chain emergency,and making empirical analysis on the basis of the model.Finally,through the application research of integrated management theory in risk management of supply chain emergencies,putting forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions based on the integrated management theory in enterprise production accidents and natural disasters of risk management of supply chain emergencies.And build up a chain of risk management integrated chain management process platform to achieve further enhance the theory.In this paper,through case analysis,it is found that different types of supply chain emergencies are different,and all aspects are likely to occur.It is necessary to introduce integrated management thinking into risk management of supply chain emergencies.Secondly,through construct integrated management model and empirical analysis,it is found that whether the enterprise or social organization can deal with the risk of supply chain emergencies and the risk management mode of supply chain emergencies is reasonable and so on.The integration of the four factors of risk management is positively related,the higher the degree,will be able to better prevent and respond to the risk of emergency supply chain,and the risk management model is more reasonable.Therefore,this paper puts forward the idea of integrated management into the risk management of supply chain emergencies,which provides a new way for the rational research of risk management model of supply chain emergencies and how to construct and so on.
