SupplierManagement Based On The Integrated Supply Chain Management

Along with the rapid development of the globalization of market and economy,the competition among enterprises is turning to that among supply chains. Accordingto the integrated supply chain management theories, the cooperative relations betweenbuyers and suppliers and the suppliers'selection and evaluation system are researchedin this dissertation.Focus on the selection and evaluation of strategic suppliers from the perspectiveof the core company of the supply chain, through which the summarize of domesticand foreign researches of supplier management,.Therefore, based on previous studies,the selection and evaluation of strategic suppliers are studied with the cooperation ofenterprise of both supply and demand, which to achieve win-win, and developed adynamic evaluation model which adapted to the dynamic supply chain. First of all, asuppliers-manufacturers game model is built, which analysed the relationship betweensuppliers and manufacturers from a difference dimension, and then a trust-basedsupplier partners cooperation mechanisms is founded; Secondly, a new compositeindicator system of selection and evaluation of strategic suppliers and a synthesizedmethod based on AHP and Grey Correlation are established. At the same time, thepaper presents a dynamic evaluation model of strategic supplier which optimize thesuppier management system; Finally, a case study at the relationships of buyers andsuppliers on manufacturing-oriented enterprise, to verify the feasibility and usefulnessof the selection and evaluation system.The supplier management is studied both from the strategic and implementationlevels in this dissertation, and a practical supplier selection and evaluation systemmodel is built, which have a certain significance for the practice ofmanufacturing-oriented enterprises.
