| Like many other countries in the world,our country has been plagued by the growing traffic jam problem,and in the spare no effort to solve this problem,it has fallen into the "vicious circle" of the road."Urbanism" era,in the era of urban planning for the success of the city,the city slow travel space has been relentlessly abandoned,urban managers try to improve road capacity in the traffic planning.During the process of solving the traffic jam,they ignored the pedestrian space under the "car for the First " concept,the rider has been used to be occupied by the riding space.people are relatively easy to tolerate the motor vehicle on the pedestrian and riding space caused by adverse behavior,resulting in riding space is constantly Eroded.In recent years,slow traffic has been more attracted.In the planning and construction of the ground bike lane,some experiences have been accumulated to encourage the public to use bicycles.However,there are few aspects of bicycle traffic engineering investment.In the existing road to cross the way to set up a bike lane,but the effect is not satisfactory.It can be seen that the promotion of green transportation is an important means for the future sustainable development of urban traffic and the improvement of the quality of life of residents.It is an important long-term task for urban builders and managers.This paper intends to study the construction of the elevated bicycle fast road,open up a new independent riding space for the bike,and finally build a variety of transport facilities and underground,ground,elevated lines multi-level structure of the three-dimensional traffic system,to build a perfect urban public traffic system.This paper first introduced the general theory of urban bike lanes,including the functional classification,grade classification and knowledge of bicycle bike lanes.Secondly,it introduced the origin and basic concept of bike expressway,and summarized the domestic and international experience in construction and development of city bike freeways.Also,it analyzed the whole development status quo and the existing problems of the of bicycle traffic in Xi’an via the situation of bicycle usage,lanes set,the location,land use and population type.Then it described the relationship between the level of development of urban bike lanes andcity management,and put forward the goal of building bikes’ fast road based on the development trend of B+R travel policy.It also analyzed the feasibility of setting bicycles’ fast road in Xi’an,and proposed the program to solve the problems by the research of demand for bicycle traffic and the conditions of setting the bicycle expressways.Finally,it has researched the form of bicycle construction frame and relevant facilities from four aspects,including the form of construction,technical specifications,logo mark and the set of parking lots. |
