Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneurial Resources,Opportunity Exploration And New Venture Growth

Entrepreneurship as an important driving force for economic development,has been a hot topic all over world.With the development of science and technology,the development of Internet and information technology have caused the change of market environment.The government promotes the construction of innovative economy and entrepreneurial economy,which makes the innovation essence and vitality of entrepreneurial activities get more attention from the academic circles.Although entrepreneurial activities are active in China,but new ventures in highly uncertain environment often face high risk,so it is difficult for them to obtain rapid and healthy growth.Scholars generally search for a kind of theory to guide ventures to achieve growth.The two basic problems that scholars and entrepreneurs usually care about are the entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial resources.The identification of opportunity is the starting point of the entrepreneurial process,and the exploration of opportunity is a marked event in the entrepreneurial process.Entrepreneurial resources play an important role in entrepreneurial activities,and it is the guarantee for the sustainable exploration of entrepreneurial opportunities,so entrepreneurial resource and opportunity exploration will affect the future growth of new ventures.This paper selects two variables-entrepreneurial resource and the exploration of opportunity that influence the growth of a new venture,to study the effect of entrepreneurial resources and opportunity exploration on new venture growth.The paper combs scholars' studies on entrepreneurial resources,opportunity exploration and new venture growth,then proposes a research frame of entrepreneurial resources,opportunity exploration and new venture growth.Researcher also analyzes the resource-growth mechanism of performance problems from the perspective of entrepreneurial opportunity.Then the paper further studies the internal mechanism of interaction between variables,put forward the research hypothesis of this paper,and build a theoretical analysis model.The research uses SPSS software to carry on the empirical analysis to test the hypothesis.At last,the paper puts forward the research conclusion and management.The paper draws four conclusions.Firstly,entrepreneurial resources have a positive effect on the growth of new ventures,and human resources are the most significant.Secondly,entrepreneurial resources have a positive impact on opportunity exploration,and the six dimensions of entrepreneurial resources have positive pact on opportunity exploration.Thirdly,there is a significant positive correlation between opportunity exploration and new venture growth.Both innovative and imitative exploration have a positive effect on new venture growth.Fourthly,opportunity exploration plays a partial intermediate role between entrepreneurial resources and new venture growth.
