In recent years,with the development of world economy,China economy is accelerating structural adjustment and transformation upgrading,and the reform of state-owned enterprises has become an important focus in the field of the economic reform,but in such a situation,the lack of modern enterprises management,especially the lack of performance management in China state-owned enterprises has become increasingly prominent.It has become an unavoidable factor in deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.This paper takes a representative state-owned enterprises in Ningbo city of Zhejiang province as an example,that is enterprise J,to be the study object in employee performance management improvement.At present,according to its management needs,enterprise J has already established a performance appraisal management system which is guided by work goals,but there are still many common problems in the process of management.For example,the performance of target decomposition is not reasonable,the performance of the system is not perfect,the performance of the implementation is not in place and the use of evaluation results is single.These problems have greatly impact on the whole performance management value.Besides,the problems existing in the enterprise J also exist in the state-owned enterprise.This paper is based on the basic theory and method of performance management,focus on the connotation and the process of performance management,combine the actual situation of enterprise J,and then do analysis and research on enterprise J.Based on a large number of data?charts and examples,this paper analyzes the main reasons of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions to help the enterprise J get further optimizing.The specific and operable suggestions can not only help enterprise J normalize the performance management,but also has a certain significance to the same type of state-owned enterprises or most state-owned enterprises.It has a certain theoretical value and practical value.
