In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge resources have become the most important strategic resources in enterprises.How to make full use of the knowledge resources is the most important task of enterprise knowledge management.In order to create the greatest value of knowledge resources,the basic work is to establish links between knowledge and knowledge,knowledge and business,and through scientific methods the links' integration oriented business can make the best overall collaborative performance.Based on this idea,this paper puts forward the idea of knowledge module for business problem solving,and aims to provide new ideas and methods for enterprise efficient knowledge resource management.Knowledge module can combine knowledge that has complex relationships and rules into relatively simple parts,then standardizes and modularizes them by certain criteria.The precipitation of the processed parts in enterprise not only can improve the efficiency of solving business problems,but also provide better knowledge service.Based on the research and research analysis at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the concept of knowledge module for business problem solving,and deeply studies the structure model of knowledge module from multiple dimensions and multiple views.On this basis,the resource allocation,the coding of knowledge modules,the design and evaluation of variants those management methods are studied in detail,and the knowledge service system for business problem based on knowledge module is studied.This paper aims to improve the utilization rate of the knowledge resource and the efficiency and quality of the knowledge resource allocation for the business problem solving scheme so that the good experience and knowledge can be precipitated in the business problem solving scheme and store them in the enterprise knowledge service system and then realize the knowledge-based support service based on the knowledge module.Firstly,this paper combines knowledge and business from the perspective of business problem solving and knowledge resource allocation service,proposes and establishes a knowledge module model for business problem solving,and deeply studies the components of knowledge module and the complex relationships between them from multiple views,and realize the standardized method to show knowledge modules,and promote the precipitation and reuse of knowledge resources in enterprises.Secondly,on the basis of the knowledge module model,the standardization process of constructing the knowledge module is analyzed,and the analysis parameters and the analysis model of evolution attributes for knowledge module are proposed to study the evolution rule of the knowledge module.At the same time,knowledge resource allocation methods,such as CBR technology,domain experts,data-driven,are deeply studied.Thirdly,in order to realize the better management of the knowledge module,the paper puts forward the three-dimensional model for the encoding parameters of the knowledge module.On this basis,the coding method of the knowledge module is studied,and the concept of the knowledge module family and the knowledge module design method are put forward to achieve the reuse of knowledge modules.Combining with AHP analysis method,evaluation method of the knowledge module configuration scheme are studied and examples are given to verify the method.Finally,the paper studies the knowledge service prototype system for business problem based on knowledge module,including the function design and architecture design of the system,and develops some functional modules of the system,and promotes the effective application of the knowledge module theory and methods in enterprise knowledge management.
