Research On The Knowledge Resource Configuration Method Of Manufacturing Enterprise

In China, the manufacturing sector occupies a pivotal position, the engine of economic growth in China, but with the United States, Japan and other manufacturing power compared, there are still very big disparity, such as low labour productivity, weak technology innovation ability and low competitive advantage level and so on. Therefore, this paper based on the national natural science foundation of China (71071081, 70771051) and Zhejiang natural science foundation of China (Y6090385) project begins research, puts forward the ideas and methods of the research manufacturing enterprise of the configuration of knowledge resources. From the microcosmic angle of the knowledge resources collaboration net construction and its knowledge modularization properties were studied, the PageRank algorithms are used to determine the head node of the business activities solving, according to the knowledge of correlative coefficients head node determine the auxiliary knowledge node, using collaborative filtering algorithm for solving the optimal allocation of business activities in the knowledge module, thus for the configuration of enterprise knowledge resources scheme determined to provide a new thinking, enhancing the enterprise innovation ability provides supplementary methods.First, introduces the papers to choose a background and significance, and expounds the knowledge management, complex network and knowledge resource configuration of the domestic and foreign related research present situation, proposed the thesis research main contents and framework.Secondly, elaborated the knowledge demand model of the enterprise business process. On the basis of its, analyzed the relationship of the business process, knowledge and knowledge carrier structured the knowledge base, knowledge carrier base and facing the EPC's business template library for the face of configuration services.Then, to structure knowledge coordination network models and to analyze knowledge coordination network knowledge modularization properties were studied. According to the EPC case, the corresponding knowledge is established, using binary chart principle and basing on the complex network theory tools, it puts forward the knowledge coordination network model, the method of constructing knowledge coordination network, knowledge module concept and dividing method. On the basis of its, analyzed the complex network parameters of the knowledge module. This chapter researched business operations and innovation ability from the perspective of the head node. In the previous basic research, manufacturing operations for the knowledge of resource allocation, and researching from the following several aspects: Firstly analyzed the knowledge node value size of business activity solving. Secondly the knowledge modules are structured; mainly on the basis of the head of the correlation coefficient node determine the required auxiliary knowledge node of the solving business activities.
