Rwsearch On The Layout Of Commercial Banks In Tianjin City

Bank network which generally divided into branch,sub branch,small local branch,savings agency and twenty-four hours self-service bank(ATM)etc.is a kind of business place where the bank is open to obtain good profit.The layout of the bank network is related to the operating efficiency and the competition ability.With the full opening of China's financial industry,a lot of foreign banks have entered into China's financial market.How to arrange the bank's network site scientifically is basement in the fierce competition to win a place in the foundation.Through the analysis of the status quo of the commercial banks in Tianjin City,this paper draws the research purpose and significance of this research.On the basis of summarizing the relevant literature,this paper selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the research method.Taking Tianjin commercial bank as an example,through the use of principal component analysis method to analyze and screen the factors affecting commercial bank's network layout,the paper constructs the final evaluation index.In this paper,all influence factors of network layout of the commercial banks are analyzed and filtered,construction the final evaluation index and the introduction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze Tianjin city 16 administrative regions outlets in order to draw the district network layout quantity grade of membership.Subsequently,we can supply relevant comments and suggestions of the commercial banks of the district of Tianjin city network layout.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation system is established by selecting the indexes,and the fuzzy evaluation matrix is established.The results show that the evaluation results can provide policy guidance for the layout of the bank.
